New haircuts? Emma Watsons new hairstyle.

  Have you ever noticed how new haircuts always seem to make you more confident? Whenever I walk out of the hairdressers' I feel extremely happy. Two weeks ago I got home from school, took the scissors and cut my hair. Yes! I think I was mad maybe? I don't know but I awas sitting in geography thinking that I am constantly wearing my hair in a ponytail and how much it it annoys me so I thought I needed a change.

EMMA WATSON: Have you seen her new haircut? Do you like it? I love Emma as an actress, and Harry Potter is my favourite book ever, but in my opinion it was a little too much? Maybe a cute bob would have suited her better? What do you think? She is always so stylish... Do you think people will copy her?

How to choose the right foundation colour!

Choosing the right foundation colour is very important, especially if the foundation is very pricey you might consider taking your time in choosing the best shade.

-It is best to take a friend with you, that way you will have a second opinion which might come in handy.

-Swatch the foundations on your chin, not on your hand, because your face probabaly has a different shade.. ( unless you want to wear foundation on your arms.. :))

-Don't guide yourself with the numbers or description of the shades but with the swatches you've made. If you are number 2 let's say with L'oreal, it doesn't mean you'll be number 2 with Cove Girl or any other brand... 

-The lighting in the store might differ fom the light you are usually in. If you work in an office with neons, the foundation you tried in the store might look very wrong in a room with neon lighting and so on...

You get the general idea, you don't have to do all this stuff, but if you are going to spend a little fortune on high end make-up, you might wanna try it!

If you've bought a wrong shade:
- For example, you bought a foundation one shade darker. If you are willing to buy a foundation one shade lighter, you can mix them and always get the perfect shade! In the summer you can add a little more of the darker one and in the winter a little more of the lighter one!
-Foundations that are too light might make fab undereye concealer.
-You can try to use too dark foundations as liquid bronzer. It will give you the most natural colour ever!
- Or just give it to a friend or sell it online!

October In's and Out's

October has been a wierd month. When I look back to it I see a 4 hour maths test, loads of quizes and leaves falling. Octomber is also the moth I began to write in my blog, so thank you for commenting and following my blog!

IN:

 Warm and cosy grey cardigans! I love staying inside on a rainy cold day, bundled up in my big cardigan (preferably a size up). I also love watching the people outside, thinking how lucky I am to feel nice and warm!

 

Rememeber me? by Sophie Kinsella! It is the coolest book ever, very girly, perfect to read on a lazy sunday night. It is lso very funny and extremly girly! If you like her books, you will surely love this one!

     

 

     Chi Shine Infusion! Although it is not the cheapest hair product, it makes your hair look nice and shiny! It doesn't weigh your hair down a bit, and your hair will look like the hair from magazines. Who doesn't want that?

OUT:

 Dry cuticles! My cuticles are fine, but the ones from my thums always seem to exfoliate and get dry! I always forget to apply vaseline, cause my cuticles seem like such an unimportant detail, but it still bothers me!

Oily hair! I used to only wash my hair 2 times a week. Scince I have been litlle I have only washed my hair 2 times a week.  My scalp is usually very obidient and my hair would still look OK on day 4! But lately I have to wash my hair  3 times a week! To me it is horrible!

Snow that turns into rain. Snow is Ok, but here in Moscow we have it 5 months a year, and trust me, you will get sick of it ( especially if you lovely classmates love to wait for you after hours and throw you in snow). But rain snow to me is simply gloomy and it reminds me of the clod winter ahead!

Tinted lips!

Tinted lips- A slight change in the colour of your lips.

1. You should have nicely moisturised lips, so put on a lip balm or a little bit of veseline.

 

2. Apply lipstick of your choise,  the colours that work best are berries, red, dark pinks. Not nudes.

3. Take a napkin and put it in between you lips, then press lightly to remove excess lipstick.

That's all! Really simple, and not as out there as big bright lip would be! This is really great for lipsticks that might be too dark or bright!

Fave fall nailpolish colour!

    

My favourite fall nailpolish colour that I have been wearing Constantly is Cover girl boundless colours in Plum Pudding! It is absolutely an amazing plum colour, with no shimmer but a very nice consistency. I am so in love with it! And the best part? It's from the drugstore!

Tips with Conditioner!

Are you using the most out of conditioner? Till a couple of weeks ago I took conditioner for granted, like something I must do every time I wash my hair, but I found out some new stuff.

   1. If you want to have softer hair, leave you conditioner on for longer! I was once reading in the bath and i got totally lost in the story. After about 15 minutes I remembered my conditioner. My hair was so much more softer, and full of shine! I now leave it on longer every time I wash my hair!

 2. After you put on conditioner, put you hair in a shower cap. That way it will work better because of the hot air in the cap, and no contact with the water.

 3. First, wash your hair, after that put on conditioner and a shower cap, and only after that do the other things one usually does in the bath. That way you will not get bored while you wait for the conditioner to work, and you also save some time!

 Try out this tips, and always use conditioner, it is the best way to healthier hair!

Have you heard Bruno Mars' new single, Just the way you are? You probabaly have because it is everywhere! It's a great song but the lyrics are amzing!
If you ever feel like you look awful, or you are having a bad day, or you think you look too fat or too skinny, or like you have the worst skin ever, you feel like you are the ugliest person ever, listen to this song! But nice guys, the boyfriend type, don't care about how you look, it is personality that matters, and young girls always seem to find something wrong abut themselves! And if you are constantly complaining about yourself, people will eventually think you look bad, just because you consider yourself badlooking! And have you ever noticed how the popular girls always seem so confident? It is because they embrace their flaws, and that makes them unique.
